With Google Sync for mobile, your BlackBerry® calendar application stays synchronized with your Google Apps calendar. Appointments added or changed online will be reflected on your BlackBerry®, and changes you make on your BlackBerry® will show up in Google Calendar. Just go to http://m.google.com/sync from your BlackBerry® browser to download and install the Google Sync for mobile application. The application is free from Google, but carrier charges may apply.

Google Calendar SMS access

And how often do you find yourself out and about, needing to know what's coming up next on your agenda? Or having to quickly add something to your calendar? With Google Calendar's SMS capabilities, not only can you get event notifications sent to your phone, you can also interact with your calendar by sending SMS commands. To see what's on tap today, text the word "day" to 48368 (which spells GVENT), and Google Calendar will reply with a summary of today's agenda. Sending the word "next" results in details about your next appointment. If you send a phrase with information about something you want to add to your calendar, like "meeting with Sam next Tuesday at 11am", Google Calendar will add the new event to your schedule at the right time, on the right day. This feature is free from Google, but carrier charges may apply.

Google Docs access from mobile browsers

mobile docs

Access and view your Google Docs on your Blackberry®, iPhone®, Windows Mobile phone or other phones which support the Webkit browser. With spreadsheets, you can choose xls format to view it through the phone's default spreadsheet viewer, "view document" for the basic published page, or "flat view" to make wide spreadsheets more readable. Currently, presentations can only be viewed on the iPhone®. This feature is free from Google, but carrier charges may apply.
